Tehran Facility

In 1995, with great passion and dedication, a small 40-square-meter workshop was established in a rented space in the city of Shush Daniel for the production of metal kitchen cabinets, starting with just one worker. Within a year, the number of employees grew to five. Due to limited space, increased demand, and production growth, a larger 1,200-square-meter facility was founded in Dezful in 2000, creating direct employment for 15 people in the city. At the same time, showrooms were opened in Dezful and Andimeshk, where the company’s products were offered directly to customers.

In 2002, visits to international exhibitions and a deeper understanding of the global wood industry, along with market potential analysis, led to a new phase: for the first time, metal kitchen cabinets with five types of MDF coatings were added to the production line. Within a year, demand multiplied significantly, and the workforce expanded to 20 employees.

Pakchoob’s facility in Ahvaz, Khuzestan is one of the company’s largest and most advanced production centers. Equipped with cutting-edge machinery from Germany’s Siempelkamp, the plant specializes in the manufacturing of MDF and melamine-faced particle boards. With over 100 available decors and colors, the facility caters to both domestic and international markets. It also produces high-gloss surfaces, PVC/PET-coated panels, and decorative impregnated papers.

We carry out risk analysis at our facilities, included in the category of very hazardous occupations in the legislation, and we take all necessary precautions against the identified risks to keep them below the acceptable limits in accordance with the law. While the elimination of hazards tops our hierarchy of prevention, we implement engineering precautions against any hazards that cannot be eliminated.

All of the organization's activities comply with the ISO14001 environmental management system standards, and we always strive to protect the environment and available resources with a sustainable development approach.

The incident reporting and root cause analysis system helps to reduce the number and level of accidents in order to take corrective actions that are implemented in our organization. Also, the accidents analysis system and extraction of information related to the accidents frequency rate and accidents severity rate are carried out in specific time intervals and monitoring of these factors is used to plan for continuous improvement in the organization and reduce the level of accidents and preventive and control measures.

The near-miss system, implemented in all our facilities, enables us to prevent minor and major injuries through employee feedback. We determine root causes in case of near-misses or occupational injuries and formulate action plans to eliminate these root causes. In compliance with the legislation, we make all key decisions unanimously at the monthly “Occupational Health and Safety Committee” meetings with the active participation of all employees, and we review our facilities’ OHS performances weekly and monthly.
